Welcome to La Jolla Kid Friendly Beach House,

Located in the prestigious La Jolla Neighborhood Bird Rock, this bright and spacious European Contemporary 4-bedroom Home is close and easy access to everything.

Beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, bakery, bars are all within walking distance.

House description

Two master suites privately located from each other feature a King bed in each bedroom with en suite renovated bathrooms. Both master bedrooms have high quality mattress's.
The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway, also privately located. One of the rooms has a full bed and the "children room" has a nice twin over full bunk bed (sleeps three). We also have an extra baby bed, if needed. And there is a sofa bed (sleeps two) in the family room. There is also a living room, dinning room and family room.
The house sleeps between 9 and 11 people.
Enjoy ocean views from the living room, kitchen and front deck. The living room has a nice fireplace for cozy evenings.

The family room seats 12 people and the dining room 4 people (perfect for playing board games in the evening).

There is a fully equipped kitchen with an open layout to the family room with views to the beautiful backyard.

The backyard features a Private Jacuzzi, a large children's play structure with beautiful artificial grass (our kids just love it), nice landscaping and barbecue grill (Weber), really perfect for outdoor entertaining.

The home comes with secure, very fast WIFI, two TV flat screens, two big flat screens in the living room and in the Master bed room. The Living room TV has a X Box 360 and a WII with fun games like dancing, skiing, Minecraft and much more. Also have HBO, Showtime and Cinemax. We also have lots of DVDs for children and adults.
We also provide lots of board games for children and adults and also toys and books for children.

Washing machine and Dryer.

Enjoy and relax in our beautiful garden or take a 8 min. walk to Tourmaline beach and watch the surfers or try it yourself :). Stop at one of many restaurants and enjoy a good meal or just a good tasty coffee at Bird Rock Coffee Roasters. There is so much to explore and enjoy. Or just walk down to the beach and enjoy the sunset, if you are lucky, you might see some dolphins. The house is located walking distance to down town Bird Rock (La Jolla) and Pacific Beach with lots of good restaurants and bars.
The bus stop # 30 is a 3 min. walk and goes to down town SD or USCD. Easy street parking or drive way (but very steep :)!)

This home has a steep driveway and is not suitable for those with physical limitations.

This home has cable TV (including Showtime, Cinemax and HBO), Apple TV, and Netflix.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
