This Mission Beach Bungalow is perfect for a small group with or without children who want to get away and enjoy a peaceful vacation right on Mission Beach. This property has the perfect enclosed patio, and is located less then 1 block from Mission Bay and 1 block from the ocean. This property is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway!

Mission Bay Park, Belmont Park, San Diego`s historic oceanfront amusement park are right across the street. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, beach rentals and markets are within walking distance. You can rent or bring a bicycle and take a cruise along the boardwalk to find your perfect spot on the beach. There are bike several bike paths in the area, including one to Ocean Beach!

The bungalow is cozy and clean with beach decor and provides a comfortable and welcoming place to relax after your daily adventures. During your not out and about, you can watch cable on living room flatscreen TV, or enjoy something on Netflix. The house also has wifi so you can stay connected with friends or use to plan your next adventures. When you feel like staying home, there is a BBQ available as well as a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook a home made meal. Relax on the patio, and let the washer and dryer take care of your sandy clothes.

Guests are free to use anything that is there. There are boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys for guests to take to the beach with them.

This property is located at the end of South Mission Beach so it is just outside the night life area making it easier to sleep. There are several paths on the ocean side as well as the bay side that are perfect for walking or biking. Belmont Park is just a couple of blocks away where you can ride the roller coaster or get some food at the Wavehouse and watch people surf the artificial waves. During the summer nights, you can sit in the sand by the bay and watch the fireworks from Seaworld. There are several beach rental shops near by where you can rent some paddle boards or kayaks to enjoy in the water. This location is perfect for just about everyone.

Public transportation is available right outside your door, although Lyft and Uber are always available. During the busy summer months, renting or bringing your own bicycle is the absolute best way to get around.

Parking is a challenge in Mission Beach during any time of the year. This property comes with a designated parking space in the alley next to the garage. The garage can also accommodate a small compact vehicle if necessary.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
